The Pilates method was never designed for group learning. At Yaletown Pilates, we offer exclusively one-on-one private sessions in our intimate, boutique micro-studio, where expert guidance ensures precise, disciplined instruction that strengthens your body, refines your technique, and delivers lasting transformation.

Classical Teachings

Classical Pilates, originally called "Contrology" by Joseph Pilates, is taught here exactly as he designed it — without modern adaptations or compromise. Every movement is precise and deliberate, appealing to clients who value accuracy, discipline, and mastery. "Contrology" distinguishes the authentic method from the many modern variations and group-based classes now widely offered.

About Kulvinder

Yaletown Pilates was founded and is led by Kulvinder, an internationally certified (NPCP) Pilates instructor with over 27 years of expertise across multiple Pilates lineages.
