Our Policies
24hr notice is required for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.
Packages activate upon first use and must be used within 3 months, after which time they expire.
Packages are not eligible for refund, hold, or extension (reasonable exceptions can be made to expiry dates for out-of-town clients or when circumstances require).
A standard session is 55 minutes. Extended sessions are 85 minutes. GST is additional to the listed prices.
